# The LLN Assessment

## You will be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills assessment as part of the enrolment process.

To ensure that we are catering for your individual learning needs you will be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills assessment as part of the enrolment process. Our delivery and assessment methods may be adjusted to accommodate your LLN needs where reasonable and practical.

This assessment is to determine your current skill levels in certain areas of the course and all records are kept as confidential information that are only accessible to you, your Trainer and the RTO. 

The results of this assessment will not impact your enrolment or ability to complete the course.  

The assessment will take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete and some of the questions will ask you to listen to an audio file. Please make sure that your device has the capacity to hear sound, and you have headphones if you are in a public place.  

You will be provided advice, support and help for any identified additional language, literacy and numeracy needs. IVET and your Trainer will work with your school’s support systems to assist you in any areas identified.
