How to update your USI number

This article offers a concise step-by-step guide for updating your USI number on the Student Portal.

The Student Portal now allows you to update your personal information and USI number. Please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Navigate to the Student Dashboard:

2. Click on the avatar icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Alternatively, you can click on the notification bell icon located next to "My Progress" in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, select View my profile to open a pop-up window. After that, proceed to step number 5 below to update your enrolment information and USI number.

3. Then click on the Enrolment tab

4. Next, click on Edit Enrolment

5. Pop-up window will be displayed as shown below. There are four REQUIRED fields that you must fill out or edit: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Unique Student Identifier (USI). Finally, click the Update button to save the information in the Portal.

Note: You can still edit your information if the USI is invalid after clicking Update. However, once the USI is verified, the information will be locked and cannot be edited on the Portal.
