How to Log In to the IVET Portal** When accessing the Portal for the first time, you’ll receive an email asking you to create a password for your account. How to Troubleshoot Common Login Issues** If you’re having trouble logging in, the tips below may help resolve the issue: - Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox. Outdated or non-compatible internet browsers can prevent you from logging into the Portal. - Double-check your login details as provided in your welcome email for any spelling mistakes or incorrect characters. - Check the password you are using and ensure you don’t have **Caps Lock** on when it doesn’t need to be. - Ensure you are selecting the correct option to log in. On the login page, it will provide you with options to log in as a Coordinator, Trainer or Student. You will need to click on **Student** – trying to log in under the Trainer or Coordinator pages will not work. - Try clearing or deleting your browser history including your ‘cached’ files and media. How to Reset Your Password** If you’re still unable to log in after trying the steps above, a password reset may be required. In line with our security policy, we're unable to access or reset your password for you. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t receive it, contact your Trainer for assistance.
