      How to Find Your Certificates

      Instruct students on requesting a softcopy Certificate if not received within 30 days of course completion.

      Once you have finished the course and your USI number is valid, IVET will send you a copy of the Certificate via email within 30 days. Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct email address when enrolling. Additionally, the Certificate will also be sent to your school's Trainer & Coordinator. 
      In case you do not receive the Certificate within this time, you can follow these steps:

      1. Email admin@ivet.edu.au
      2. In the subject line, add: Certificate Request - [Your Full Name]
      3. Please include the following information:
        • Your Full Name (as it appears on your USI)
        • Your Class ID (located on your Student Portal)
        • The Name of the Course you completed
        • Your USI Number (Unique Student Identifier)

      We will process your request and send your certificate within 5 business days.
