- Ensure you are using Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox. Outdated or non-compatible internet browsers can prevent you from logging into the Portal.
- Check the email address you are using for any spelling mistakes or incorrect characters.
- Check the password you are using and ensure you do not have Caps Lock on where it does not need to be.
- Ensure you are selecting the correct option to log in. On the login page, it will provide you with options to log in as a Coordinator, Trainer or Student. You will need to click on Student – trying to log in under the Trainer or Coordinator pages will not work.
- Try clearing/deleting your browser history including your ‘cached’ files and media.
