Having Trouble Logging In?

Here are some tips and tricks to help you overcome this issue. If you’re still having issues after trying the steps below, you can email IVET at admin@ivet.edu.au, call us on 1300 000 823 or complete the Contact IVET form on our website and our helpful Customer Service Officers will be able to assist you.

  • Ensure you are using Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox. Outdated or non-compatible internet browsers can prevent you from logging into the Portal.
  • Check the email address you are using for any spelling mistakes or incorrect characters.
  • Check the password you are using and ensure you do not have Caps Lock on where it does not need to be. 
  • Ensure you are selecting the correct option to log in. On the login page, it will provide you with options to log in as a Coordinator, Trainer or Student. You will need to click on Student – trying to log in under the Trainer or Coordinator pages will not work.
  • Try clearing/deleting your browser history including your ‘cached’ files and media.

  • If you are continually receiving the logged-out error message, it may be an issue with the computer clock and time zone not matching the State you are located in.
