[Course Progress](https://studentportal.ivet.edu.au/course-progress?hsLang=en) # How to Access and Complete Your Evaluation Surveys ## Tell us about your learning experience by completing a quick survey after each unit — your feedback helps us make the training and assessment better for everyone. The Unit Evaluation Surveys are designed to collect feedback from students on their learning and assessment experience for each completed unit. The responses are used to improve IVET's learning resources and assessment methods. You only need to complete the survey once per unit, even if you are enrolled in multiple classes with the same unit code. #### **How to Access the Survey** There are four ways to access the survey: 1. **Survey Pop-up on Login** - When you log into the Student Portal, a pop-up will appear if you have a pending survey. ![Picture32-4](https://studentportal.ivet.edu.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture32-4.png?width=688&height=326&name=Picture32-4.png) - Click **Go to Survey** to be redirected to the survey form.![Picture33-3](https://studentportal.ivet.edu.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture33-3.png?width=486&height=258&name=Picture33-3.png) 2. **Notification on Dashboard** A notification will appear on your Dashboard if you have pending surveys. Click the **Notification Bell** to open the survey in a new tab.![Picture34-4](https://studentportal.ivet.edu.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture34-4.png?width=688&height=218&name=Picture34-4.png) 3. **Email Notification** You will receive an email each time you complete a unit. The email will contain a direct link to the survey. You must be logged into the Portal to access the survey.![Picture36-4](https://studentportal.ivet.edu.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Picture36-4.png?width=688&height=257&name=Picture36-4.png) 4. **Completed Unit Section** An **Evaluatuon Survey** button will be available in the Completed Unit section. Click the button to open the survey in a new tab.
