How to Access and Complete Your Evaluation Surveys

Tell us about your learning experience by completing a quick survey after each unit — your feedback helps us make the training and assessment better for everyone.

The Unit Evaluation Surveys are designed to collect feedback from students on their learning and assessment experience for each completed unit. The responses are used to improve IVET's learning resources and assessment methods.

You only need to complete the survey once per unit, even if you are enrolled in multiple classes with the same unit code.

How to Access the Survey

There are four ways to access the survey:

1. Survey Pop-up on Login

   • When you log into the Student Portal, a pop-up will appear if you have a pending survey.

     

   • Click Go to Survey to be redirected to the survey form.

2. Notification on Dashboard
   A notification will appear on your Dashboard if you have pending surveys. Click the Notification Bell to open the survey in a new tab.
3. Email Notification
   You will receive an email each time you complete a unit. The email will contain a direct link to the survey. You must be logged into the Portal to access the survey.
4. Completed Unit Section
   An Evaluatuon Survey button will be available in the Completed Unit section. Click the button to open the survey in a new tab.

   Once you complete the survey, the button will disappear.

   

How to Complete the Survey

• The survey consists of multiple-choice questions with 5 response options. Each question will have a radio button for you to select your response.

• There is also 1 free-text field for additional feedback on the learning and assessment experience. 

• Once you complete the survey, your submission will be recorded, and you will not need to take it again.
