Contact IVET

Please ensure to check with your teacher before contacting IVET. In many cases your teacher can assist with access issues and passwords. Your teacher will also be the person to speak to regarding your assessments and submitting them.

If you are having technical issues with the IVET Portal, you can email us at admin@ivet.edu.au, call us on 1300 000 823, complete the Contact IVET form on our website or use the blue Help bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the Portal.  

The Help button is not only a way to contact IVET directly, but also provides articles and answers to frequently asked questions relating to the Portal.  

It can be accessed on all pages of the Portal.
