View and download Enrolment Forms

This function allow you to view and download all completed forms you have done with IVET.

You can view and download any of your completed enrolment forms from the IVET Portal.

Log in to the Portal and click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

This will take you to your profile settings. From the left-side menu, click on the Enrolment tab.  

On this page you will find a history of your enrolments, you’ll be able to edit your enrolment details by clicking on Edit Enrolment, as well as view and download your completed files.
